Tutoring
Appointment
tutoring is available 5 days a week. To
make an appointment at the Tutoring Center, please
call at least the day before you need the
appointment. Depending on the tutor’s
schedule for your subject, we may or may
not have a tutor available the next day. It is
best to call several days in advance for your appointment.
Check the list for subjects we offer by appointment.
The
maximum service we offer for tutoring is 1 hour
per week per subject.
Regular
appointments MAY be available at 1 hour per week
per subject IF the tutor has availability. Ask
the receptionist if your tutor is available for
regular appointments.
EOPS
students may receive more time for tutoring. Please
ask the coordinator.We do not make same day appointments.
Walk-in tutoring is available without an appointment
for certain subjects.
To
use the tutoring services, you must bring your
current student ID (you MUST be a student of either
Fullerton or Cypress College or a Continuing Education
student) and scan in and out physically. You must
also sign the Tutee Agreement the first time you
come for tutoring.
To cancel an appointment,
call 24 hours in advance; otherwise, it counts as
a late cancel. Students are allowed
2 late cancels and/or no shows per
semester. After that, they can only
use walk-in tutoring services.
